We go beyond the regulated industry standards with our own codes of conduct and stringent care practices to ensure our aged care communities give people the certainty of excellence in care. We only employ the most highly qualified medical and care staff, and we have leading professionals on hand at all of our aged care residences, 24 hours a day. Our therapists, medical team, program coordinators and support staff are chosen as much for their warm and caring approach, as for the skills they bring. That’s how we create communities with heart.
